Any permits applied for on or after May 4th, 2026 will be subject to the newly adopted fire codes. 

New permits must meet the requirements of the Colorado Wildfire Resiliency Code and updated sprinkler square footage threshold.

The Colorado Wildfire Resiliency Code can be reviewed on the Colorado Division of Fire Prevention & Control website

Information on exterior material requirements and structure hardening can be found under Section 400.

Permit applications and contractor registrations are NOT submitted through eTRAKIT.

Customers will never be asked to upload any documents to eTRAKIT.

Please visit our website building permits for information on how to apply for permits and register as a contractor.

Permit applications are only accepted in person at our office located at 37 Peak One Drive, Frisco, CO.

Please note that we are unable to provide eTRAKIT technical support other than resetting passwords.

Inspections cannot be scheduled over the phone and must be completed through eTRAKIT.
